Who doesn’t just love some dried fruit? You can take it with you wherever you go, it lasts for a really long time, AND you can mix it up with other stuff (paleo trail mix, anyone?).

We dry various different kinds of fruit year-round depending on what’s in season. As always, we only use organically produced fruit, so you never have to worry about nasty pesticides.
