About Us

Perfectly Paleo is the brainchild of Bryan and Victoria Goldstein. We discovered “The Paleolithic Diet” quite some time ago, and it changed our lives for the better. Eating took on a whole new meaning in our house. We began to scrutinize everything we put into our mouths. As any Paleo eater, or anyone with dietary needs knows, eating out or bringing home packaged foods that meet our high standards is a difficult task. While Perfectly Paleo can’t help you with eating out, we do hope that our treats will make snack time easy while at the same time pleasurable and guilt-free!

“Paleo” is a term that is buzzing all around the internet, but what is this crazy way of eating? Well, first of all, it’s not a diet. Paleo is a way of life. Paleo is short for paleolithic as in our ancestors. It’s a modern way of eating like humans were meant to eat. It’s often referred to as the “caveman diet” or the “hunter-gather diet.” What makes Paleo so amazing is that it doesn’t require a lot of work. It is simply eat this; do not eat this. How simple! So, what can you eat? Generally, it is acknowledged that you should eat:

  • meats and fish
  • vegetables
  • fruits
  • nuts and seeds
  • eggs

while avoiding:

  • grains, pasta, and rice
  • dairy
  • processed foods
  • starchy vegetables such as corn and potatoes
  • sugar and sugar substitutes
  • beans or legumes (including peanuts).

If you’ve never tried it, we understand what’s going through you mind. “But wait! I eat several servings of those things at every meal!” So does most of America. That’s why we created Perfectly Paleo. We wanted to provide treats for people that will provide our clients with healthy, high-quality food that you don’t have to feel guilty about!

Our treats are perfect if you are:

  • already a Paleo eater or you want to get started
  • require a gluten-free diet
  • trying to eat healthy.

In an effort to give you only the best quality in foods, Perfect Paleo uses local products when available and organic foods always. We believe that it’s not just about what you eat, but also the quality of what you eat.
